Return Policy

Return & exchange policy:

Items will only be accepted for return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.

• Because our pieces are made to order, we cannot offer refunds on any returns. All returns will be credited in the form of credit gift cards.
• Non-personalized items can be returned for store credit or exchanged for any item in the same collection.
• Personalized items are not eligible for return & exchange. 
• All items must be returned unworn and in their original condition.
• Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your returns once they're returned to our facility.
• Zayah is not responsible for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and return tracking number when shipping your returns.
